Noura specializes in investment valuation, development appraisal, market research, feasibility study, highest and best use, and other advisory services. Her portfolio includes but not limited to banks, financial institutions, corporate and government entities, real estate funds, public listed companies, developers and property companies not only in the UAE but throughout the Middle East region.
Fluently bilingual (Arabic and English) with hands on experience in real estate solutions, Noura is recognized for her strong organizational, leadership, communication and technical skills as well as the ability to achieve results by fostering business relations and working effectively and efficiently with various teams.
Noura holds a Master of Science degree in Real Estate from The College of Estate Management, Reading University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management, (on Dean’s List) from City University, Washington, Seattle. She is also a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and was a board member within the RICS UAE National Board.
